I wondered if magic is real as a child and even as an adult. As I watched fantasy and superhero movies like Harry Potter and Spider-Man, I yearned to be part of the secret underground practitioners and heroes. Pondering this, I arrived at two conclusions.

Firstly, there is no doubt that magic exists in some way, though I may not comprehend it fully. I have experienced and witnessed it first-hand. A passage from the Quran that says, “We will show them Our Signs in the universe, and in their own selves, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the truth” resonated with me. It’s remarkable that I now quote scripture and write from my soul.

Secondly, the practitioners are either so underground that hardly anyone knows about them or so obvious that everyone possesses the ability but fails to recognize their power. I believe that our human superpower, a seemingly supernatural ability, is innate to everybody, yet only a few practice it. Moreover, I think our magic stems from our emotions.

Embracing Your Emotions: How Your Inner Compass Proves That Magic is Real

Wait wait wait. So you’re telling me this looming sense of anxiety, this suicidal depression, this emotional pain and turmoil is a SUPERPOWER? Yeah, I actually am. Your emotions are not just mere feelings; they serve as a guide in navigating through life. Your emotional state determines how you act and the direction of your life. Negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and turmoil are not to be dismissed, but rather an indication that you’re not living in line with your heart’s desire. It’s important to acknowledge these emotions and use them as a guide to finding true happiness.

Magic is real. Your heart’s desires are meant to be fulfilled. Don’t live a life that doesn’t align with your innermost desires. Whether it’s a career you hate, a toxic relationship, or a lack of self-confidence, it’s never too late to make a change. Use your emotions as your compass to guide you towards the life you want.

Love is the ultimate desire of the heart, and it’s never too late to find it. Embrace your emotions and let them guide you towards the happiness you deserve. Remember, magic is real, and anything is possible if you follow your heart.

The Power of Intuition: A Form of Magic

Human intuition is a fascinating phenomenon that has intrigued people for ages. It’s that feeling that something is about to happen or that gut urge to do something that defies rational explanation. It’s the mysterious force that guides our decisions and influences our actions. Whether you believe it’s a manifestation of divine power or the result of subconscious cues, one thing is certain – intuition is a form of magic.

Anyone who has experienced intuition first-hand knows that there is something special about it. It’s almost as if a higher power is at work, guiding us along our journey. That seemingly innocuous decision we make based on our intuition may have an impact that we couldn’t have predicted consciously. Even those idle thoughts we have about someone just before they reach out to us can be attributed to intuition.

In a world where we often rely on logic and reason to guide our actions, intuition can seem like an unreliable and unscientific concept. However, we must remember that not everything can be explained by science. Sometimes, there are forces at work that we cannot see or measure. And that is where the magic lies. It’s undeniable that magic is real, and intuition is one of the most powerful forms of it.

The Power and Responsibility of Emotions

Our emotions are powerful, but with great power comes great responsibility. Irresponsible handling of emotions can have dire consequences, not only for ourselves, but for everyone around us. Unfortunately, most of us get to a point where we block out our emotions because they become too overwhelming, and we simply push them aside and feel nothing.

I remember when I went through a breakup. I felt a sharp pain in my chest, which turned into powerful emotions like anger and despair. Eventually, I reached a point where I told myself to stop feeling and just numb myself. For a month, whenever I felt negative emotions, I shut them out. As a result, this caused me to become bitter and hateful, losing my will to live, and impacting my health negatively.

The Impact of Childhood Trauma on Emotional Regulation

Furthermore, I think my upbringing made it difficult for me to handle these emotions. People who struggle with emotions, addiction, and other self-destructive behaviors often experience early childhood trauma. As a consequence, chronic depression is a common outcome of this.

Early childhood trauma leaves an imprint on us, and it may not seem severe at the time. However, as a child, we don’t see the world rationally. Consequently, most people who struggle with emotions, addiction, and other self-destructive behaviours often have early childhood trauma.

The Role of Therapy in Learning to Handle Emotions

But magic is real. You can get your emotions back and figure out all of these problems by taking responsibility for them. Therefore, you must decide that you want to feel again. This isn’t something you have to do by yourself; I highly recommend you work with a therapist who can teach you what you never learned. Moreover, every therapy session is different, so it’s important to find someone you’re comfortable with and can open up to. Despite having to make yourself almost unbearably vulnerable, feeling is amazing. It’s your superpower and your birthright. Ultimately, all the work is worth it.
