Cauliflower Pizza Base

400g cauliflower
2 eggs, whisked
½ cup mozzarella
¼ cup Parmesan
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Break up the cauliflower and blend in a blender or food processor until fine.
- Steam in a steamer basket and drain well, the drier the cauliflower the crispier the pizza base.
- Once cooled to room temp, combine the cauliflower with the eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.
