INGREDIENTS

  • 400g cauliflower

  • 2 eggs, whisked

  • ½ cup mozzarella

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Break up the cauliflower and blend in a blender or food processor until fine.
  • Steam in a steamer basket and drain well, the drier the cauliflower the crispier the pizza base.
  • Once cooled to room temp, combine the cauliflower with the eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.
